Children's Ministry
HCC Kids Online
8/19/20: Due to the COVID-19 Pandemic, HCC Kids is meeting online (Kids’ Church Online and Awana Online) until further notice, in accordance to the HCC De-Escalation Plan guidelines.
Our Mission
To connect kids and their families to God and others through worship, teaching, caring, serving, and outreach, striving to lay a spiritual foundation in their lives that will lead them to a personal relationship with Jesus Christ in God’s perfect timing.
Kids’ Church
Sunday 9:15 AM – 10:45 AM
Worship, games and small group are incorporated into lessons on discipleship.
Sunday School
Sunday 11:00 AM – 12:15 PM
Sunday school focuses on giving kids a big picture view of God’s story. Every Sunday begins with worship time before moving to age-appropriate classes from toddlers through 5th grade. Through small classes, teachers are able to connect with the kids and establish a year-long relationship with them.
AWANA
Friday 7:15 PM – 9:00 PM
AWANA is a Friday evening program for 3 year olds through 5th grade that focuses on learning God’s Word in a fun atmosphere. AWANA uses Game Time, Handbook Time, and Council Time to encourage children to memorize God’s Word and understand it.
